| unisport.inhalt_programm | Flying yoga is easier than you might think. To get started, there are warm-up exercises for the whole body. Then the asanas are performed with the yoga cloth. This helps you work on your flexibility while also strengthening your muscles. One advantage of flying yoga is that it relieves pressure on the spine and joints. Hanging and swinging in the cloth releases pressure points and tension in the body. At the end, you will feel wonderfully relaxed, light and long in your spine. The offer is also suitable for beginners who want to gain their first experience of flying yoga. |
