After a warm-up sequence (joint mobility and circulation exercises), targeted strengthening exercises with or without equipment follow.
Our goal is to improve posture and movement through targeted exercises for the skeleton and muscles using your own body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, etc. Each training session is rounded off with flexibility training (e.g. stretching).
